Syed Rizwan Ahmed is a highly experienced finance and investment professional with nearly 30 years of experience. His expertise spans due diligence, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, business turnarounds, risk management and internal audit.

He co-founded PI Partners and leads its management advisory services, with a proven track record working with PwC, multinational corporations, government groups and private equity firms. Notable achievements include leading the sell-side advisory for a $375 million university sale, creating a $150 million education platform and driving business transformations for leading companies across sectors.

At AITHENTIC he is the engagement partner accountable for delivery, governance and the client relationship end to end across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, aligning scope, commercials and stakeholder expectations so every programme converts into measurable business outcomes. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
